Website privacy

Your enquiry.
A clear purpose.

This notice describes the public ZeroGapOT website. A customer’s self-hosted operational deployment is governed by its own arrangements.

Who handles an enquiry

This is the ZeroGapOT website. Details you submit through the early-access form go to the connected ZeroGapOT HubSpot account to review your interest and respond. HubSpot provides the embedded form and CRM service.

Information you choose to provide

The form collects the contact and enquiry details shown in its fields. Please avoid passwords, confidential plant diagrams, security findings or other sensitive operational information. A general description of your organisation and assessment challenge is enough for an initial conversation.

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and discuss a possible service or pilot. Optional marketing updates require the choice shown in the form; submitting an enquiry alone should not be treated as permission for unrelated marketing.

HubSpot and hosting

The early-access page loads HubSpot’s EU-region form embed. HubSpot receives form submissions and the technical information needed to provide and secure that service. Its processing and international-transfer arrangements are described in HubSpot’s privacy policy. An EU-region embed does not by itself guarantee that every processing activity stays in the EU.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request data for delivery, security and operational reliability. We do not add HubSpot’s site-wide visitor-tracking script.

Aggregate website measurement

We count page views and selected actions, including early-access clicks, successful form submissions, product-tour use. Each stored counter contains only the day, a recognised page, the action, a broad source category and its total.

The website analytics database stores no email addresses, names, IP addresses, full referrers, query strings, visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories. Counters are retained for up to 400 days to compare website performance over time. Counts are indicative and may include automated traffic; they do not represent unique people.

Anonymous aggregate measurement is on in this browser. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable it.

The preference control stores a setting in this browser’s local storage so your choice is remembered. Our aggregate measurement does not set an analytics cookie. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by both the website and its measurement endpoint.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records should be kept only while needed to manage your request or an ongoing relationship, subject to any required legal retention. You can request access, correction or deletion, or object to a use of your information. For a privacy request, use the contact form and identify it as a privacy enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

If you receive marketing communications, use the unsubscribe option in that message to withdraw your choice. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
